Then they pass the payment screen, open the platform, and discover the part nobody compared — the thing they will actually stare at for six hours a day.

The platform question deserves to come earlier, because it is the one part of the offer you cannot change later.

What “built-in” actually means

At Fundex24 the terminal is the product, not a skin over someone else’s software. You sign in on the website and you are already in it: no download, no installer, no second login, no bridge between an account portal and a trading app.

There are two layouts of the same terminal. The classic one puts the order form beside the chart and is what most people use from day one. The pro terminal is closer to what you would expect from an exchange: a left market list, an icon rail on the right with panels, sticky buy/sell, symbol tabs, a drawing panel, and the account switcher built into the header. One toggle moves between them.

Managing the position on the chart, not in a dialog

This is the part that changes how trading feels.

Your entry, take profit and stop loss are drawn on the chart as lines you can drag. Move the stop, and the position updates. Each line carries its own label, and the overlay shows the live profit or loss for that level — the current PnL, what the take profit is worth if it fills, what the stop costs if it hits.

Take profit is not limited to one level: you can place several, adjust them individually, and remove them, all from the chart surface. The overlay also draws your break-even price — the level where fees are covered — which is usually the number people compute by hand and get wrong.

On a phone the same controls exist with a grip sized for a thumb, and a tap switch between a small and a medium grip so the lines are still reachable on a small screen.

The numbers before you click, not after

The order form shows the take profit and stop loss PnL while you are still filling it in. Leverage is a control on the form, and you choose cross or isolated margin per position.

This matters more on an evaluation account than on an exchange. You are not trying to guess what a trade might pay — you are trying to keep a single trade inside a number you fixed before you opened the chart. A $10,000 account risking 0.25% is $25, and at a 4% stop distance that is a $625 notional position. The form does that arithmetic in front of you.

Several accounts, one terminal

If you hold more than one challenge, the account button lists them all — size, stage and a short id — plus the free practice account. Switching is one click and the chart stays where it is: same symbol, same interval, same drawings.

One thing to be explicit about, because it is a rule people learn the expensive way: placing identical trades across different challenges is prohibited. The platform monitors for it, and all related challenges fail when it is detected. Several accounts means several strategies or several stages of the same journey — not the same trade multiplied.

You can also open several charts at once in split view when you want to watch more than one market.

Rules the platform enforces, instead of rules you are asked to remember

A rulebook that lives in a PDF is a rulebook you break at 3am. Ours lives in the order path.

Rule

What the platform does

Daily loss 5% ($500 on $10,000)

Tracked live against the account

Overall loss 10% ($1,000)

Tracked live against the account

Combined open risk on a funded account

An order carrying a stop loss is rejected if the total simultaneous risk of open positions would pass 3% of balance

Copying trades between challenges

Monitored; related challenges fail

That third row is the one traders notice. On a funded account you do not find out you were over-exposed when the drawdown hits — the order simply does not go through.

What else is in there

Search runs across more than seven hundred markets by ticker or name — crypto, tokenised US and Asian equities, ETFs, gold, oil — grouped into categories like majors, layer 1, DeFi, AI, meme, gaming and RWA. Prices come from live exchange market data.

There is a position calculator in the rail, Trade Replay to turn a finished trade into a short video, dark and light themes, and twelve interface languages including right-to-left ones — all switchable from inside the terminal rather than from a settings page somewhere else.

What it is not

It is not MetaTrader, and if your strategy depends on a specific MT5 expert advisor, that is a real reason to choose a different firm. Be honest with yourself about that before you pay.

It is also not a brokerage account. The funded stage is a simulated funded account running on live market prices, with a profit share that starts at 80% and scales to 90%. The challenge fee is real money ($29 for $3,000, $59 for $6,000, $89 for $10,000), and breaking the rules ends the account.

The short version

Compare the rules, yes. But open the platform before you pay, drag a stop loss across a chart, and see whether the thing you will use every day was built for you or bolted on. That test takes two minutes and it is the one most people skip.

Further reading: position sizing and drawdown in practice and how a prop firm handles fast markets.

Frequently asked questions

Does Fundex24 use MetaTrader 4 or 5?

No. The terminal is built in and runs in the browser on desktop and phone. There is no download and no separate trading login, but there is also no MT4/MT5 expert advisor support.

Can I move my take profit and stop loss on the chart?

Yes. Entry, take profit and stop loss are draggable lines, take profit can have several levels, and the overlay shows the live PnL for each level plus your break-even price.

Can I trade more than one account?

Yes. The account switcher lists every challenge you hold with its size and stage, plus the free practice account, and switching keeps the chart where it is. Identical trades across different challenges are prohibited and monitored.

What happens if I open too many positions at once?

On a funded account, an order that carries a stop loss is rejected when the total simultaneous risk of your open positions would exceed 3% of balance. You get a clear error instead of a rule violation.

Which markets can I trade?

More than seven hundred markets: crypto, tokenised US and Asian stocks, ETFs and commodities such as gold and oil, searchable by ticker or company name and grouped into sector categories.

Does the platform work on a phone?

Yes, it is responsive, with a dedicated mobile layout and a thumb-sized grip for dragging take profit and stop loss, switchable between two grip sizes.

Most people choose a prop firm by reading the rules page: profit target, drawdown, split, fee.
