Fundex24 Terms of Service

Welcome to Fundex24. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

"Fundex24" refers to the proprietary trading company that operates this platform.
"User", "Trader", or "Participant" refers to any person who registers and uses Fundex24 services.
"Funded Account" means a live trading account provided by Fundex24 after successful completion of the evaluation.
"Challenge" means an evaluation stage where traders demonstrate their trading skills under defined rules.

Users must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in their jurisdiction.
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
Fundex24 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or suspend access for any user.

Traders must complete the challenge stages according to their selected plan, such as Base, Starter, or Skilled.
Each challenge has a profit target, drawdown limits, and a defined trading framework that must be followed exactly.
Failure to meet challenge criteria may result in disqualification without refund.

Traders must comply with risk-management rules, including daily loss and total loss limits.
The use of unauthorized strategies or software, such as arbitrage bots or scalping outside permitted limits, is prohibited.
Valid trading day: a day counts toward minimum trading days only if at least one trade closed with a profit or loss of at least 0.25% of the initial balance.
Fundex24 reserves the right to monitor trades and accounts for rule compliance and may suspend or block accounts in case of violations.

After successfully completing a challenge, Fundex24 may assign a funded account to the trader.
The trader trades with Fundex24 capital under predefined limits and risk guidelines.
Fundex24 assumes responsibility for losses, while the trader receives a share of profits.

Profit share and payout schedules are specified in the selected challenge plan.
Payouts to traders may be subject to minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times.
Fundex24 may hold payouts if fraud, abuse, or rule violations are suspected.

Users agree to use the platform legally and ethically.
Any manipulation, cheating, or abuse of the platform is strictly prohibited.
Fundex24 reserves the right to investigate violations and take appropriate legal or account-level action.

All content, software, and assets on the Fundex24 platform belong to Fundex24 or its licensors.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior permission.

Fundex24 does not guarantee profitability, and trading carries a significant risk of loss.
Fundex24 is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
Users trade at their own responsibility.

Fundex24 may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for rule violations or legal requirements.
Users may close their account by written notice after settling any outstanding obligations.

User data is collected and processed according to the Fundex24 Privacy Policy.
Fundex24 is committed to protecting personal information, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or courts according to the applicable dispute-resolution rules.

Fundex24 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with notice to users. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated terms.
