After passing

What happens after you pass a prop firm challenge? Less than most traders fear and more than most plan for: a request with a deadline, an identity check, a new set of account rules and a first payout with conditions of its own. This guide walks through each step at Fundex24, from the moment stage 2 is complete to the first withdrawal, with the dates and documents you will need along the way.

What happens right after you pass a prop firm challenge?

First, make sure the pass is real. Stage 2 needs the 8% profit target, at least 5 trading days and no breach of the daily or maximum drawdown along the way. A trading day only counts when a position is opened and closed with a profit or loss of at least 0.25% of the initial balance, so count your days from the closed-trade history rather than from memory. And if one position earned 60% or more of the stage profit target, that profit stays in the account but is excluded from progress, which can leave a balance above the target and a stage that isn’t complete.

Then close everything. The upgrade request can only be submitted with no open positions or pending orders, and stopping at this point also protects the result you have just earned. The ways accounts are lost at exactly this point are covered in losing an account after the target.

Step one: the upgrade request within 10 days

The funded account is not created automatically. After completing stage 2, you submit an upgrade request through a ticket in your user panel, and you have 10 calendar days to do it; weekends and holidays count. The simplest habit is to send the ticket on the day you pass, save a screenshot of the submission and note the date.

There is no fee for the funded account. If anyone contacts you offering faster activation for a payment, or asks for your password, ignore it: the upgrade costs nothing and is handled through your own panel. Questions about the request can go to the challenge support team.

After passing a Fundex24 challenge: confirm the pass, close everything, send a ticket within 10 days, complete KYC, account active in 24 hours, first payout after 30 days and 5 trading days
Six steps from the last evaluation trade to the first payout.

Step two: identity verification

You don’t need KYC to start a challenge, but you do need it to receive the funded account. One document is enough: a passport, a national ID card or a birth certificate. The image must be clear and legible, it is uploaded together with a photo of your face, and the document itself must be valid.

A few checks save a second round: all four corners of the document in the frame, no glare over the name or number, a clear front-facing photo of your face, and the original document rather than a photocopy or a screenshot. After the request and KYC are complete, the funded account is active within 24 hours. From then on, only the person who completed KYC may trade it; if a third party is found to have used the account, it is blocked.

The funded account’s rules

The drawdown limits carry over unchanged: 5% of the day’s starting balance per day and 10% of the initial balance overall, with balance and equity both monitored. One rule is new: the combined risk of all open positions must stay within 3% of the day’s starting balance, or that day’s profit is not counted. On a $10,000 account that is $300 of total open risk.

Fundex24 funded account at a glance on the $10,000 plan: $500 daily drawdown room, $9,000 floor, $300 open-risk cap, 80% profit split to start, 30-day inactivity limit, payouts on the 12th and 28th
The numbers that apply from your first funded trade.

The account also has to stay active: with no trades for more than 30 calendar days it is deactivated, so plan a trade before any long break. The profit split starts at 80%. If a drawdown rule is broken on the funded account, the account expires and profit that has not been withdrawn can no longer be paid out, which is the main reason not to let profit pile up.

Your first payout and the first month

The first withdrawal needs at least 30 days since your first funded trade, at least 5 trading days on the funded account, no open positions and no rule violations. Withdrawals are made on the 12th and the 28th, one per period, to a BEP20 wallet, and are paid within 24 hours. The split rises from 80% to 95% after 5 successful withdrawals and total profit of 60% of the plan size, which is $6,000 on the $10,000 plan. The full process is in how prop firm payouts work.

Use the first month to settle in rather than to catch up. Trade with the same or smaller risk than in the evaluation, keep total open risk well under the 3% cap, and withdraw on the regular dates once you are eligible. For sizing, see how much to risk per trade; before buying another challenge, the list in what to check before buying a challenge still applies. The complete conditions are on the rules page, and the plans are on the challenges page.
