Funded account payouts
Prop firm payouts are where a funded account turns into money in your wallet, and they are also where most avoidable mistakes happen: requesting too early, leaving a position open, or pasting an address on the wrong network. This guide explains how prop firm payouts work in general, then walks through the exact Fundex24 schedule, what gets paid, how the USDT transfer works and a checklist you can follow for your first withdrawal.
How prop firm payouts work
The basic cycle is the same almost everywhere. You trade the funded account under its rules, profit builds up over a period, and on a payout date you request a withdrawal. The firm checks the period against the rules, applies the profit split to the profit, and sends your share. Nothing is paid out during the evaluation stages; payouts start once you are funded. If you have not passed an evaluation yet, what a prop firm challenge is explains the steps before this one, and crypto funded accounts explained covers the funded stage itself.
The details are where firms differ. Some pay out every two weeks, some monthly, some on request; some add a minimum amount, a review window or extra conditions before the first withdrawal. Instant accounts, for example, often set their own conditions before the first payout, as instant funding vs prop firm challenge explains. None of these designs is good or bad on its own, but they change how soon and how reliably money reaches you, so read the payout section of any rule page before you buy an evaluation.
When can you request a payout at Fundex24?
Fundex24 processes payout requests on the 12th and the 28th of each month, and you can submit one request per period. The first withdrawal has two extra conditions, and both must be met: at least 30 days since your first trade on the funded account, and at least 5 trading days on it.

A quick example: if your first funded trade is on 3 March, 28 March is too early, because only 25 days have passed. The earliest date is 12 April. If you still have fewer than 5 trading days by then, the next chance is 28 April. After the first payout, only the dates and the one-request-per-period rule apply.
Keep trading while you wait. A funded account with no trade for 30 days is deactivated, so the weeks before your first payout should follow your normal plan rather than a full pause.

What gets paid: your share of the profit
A payout is your share of the profit, not of the balance. The split starts at 80%, so $500 of profit on a $10,000 account pays you $400. It rises to 95% once two conditions are both met: five successful withdrawals and total profit of 60% of the plan balance, which is $6,000 on a $10,000 account. How splits compare across firms is covered in profit split in crypto prop trading.
Two funded-account rules affect what is counted. First, all positions must be closed before you request a payout, because open profit is not settled profit. Second, if the combined risk of your open positions exceeds 3% of the day’s starting balance, that day’s profit is not counted. The daily 5% and fixed 10% drawdown limits still apply throughout, and breaching either one ends the account.
You do not have to withdraw every period. Profit can stay in the account for up to 365 days, but while it stays there it is part of the balance, and later losses reduce it like any other money in the account.
How the money reaches you: USDT on BEP20
Fundex24 sends payouts in USDT on the BEP20 network (BNB Smart Chain) only, within 24 hours of the request. TRC20 and ERC20 are accepted for paying evaluation fees, but not for payouts, so the address you enter must be able to receive USDT on BEP20. A wrong network can mean funds that cannot be recovered.
Address formats help a little: a TRC20 address starts with “T”, so it is obviously wrong. ERC20 and BEP20 addresses both start with “0x” and look identical, so a correct-looking address is not proof of the correct network. What matters is choosing BEP20 when you copy the deposit address from your exchange or wallet. Then check it twice: once when you copy it, and again before you submit, comparing the first and last four characters with the source. How USDT moves in both directions is explained in USDT deposits and withdrawals.
A checklist for your first prop firm payout
Put these steps on your phone and go through them before every request. The first one only matters the first time; the rest apply every period.

- Count the days. 30 days since your first funded trade and at least 5 trading days, for the first payout only.
- Pick the date. Submit on the 12th or the 28th; one request per period.
- Close everything. No open positions when you submit, and no rule breaches in the period.
- Check the address twice. USDT on BEP20, first and last four characters compared with the source.
After the transfer arrives, note the transaction hash, the amount and the date. A simple record makes it easy to track your five successful withdrawals toward the 95% split. If you are unsure whether a trade in the period followed the rules, ask before you submit rather than after: the rules page lists every condition, and the payments team can answer questions about a specific request.
